Curry OKAZU is a South Asian twist on the original Chili OKAZU, an umami-rich chili, miso and sesame oil-based condiment often eaten with rice in Japan, but you can add this to virtually everything! Try it on rice, meat or tofu, in your burger, ramen or pretty much anything.
It can also be used as a marinade or as an ingredient. This condiment is versatile and we encourage you to experiment!
